Mr. Chen Juzhong is the director of Education & Management Committee at Wonder and the General Manager of R&D center. He is a senior teacher, with a master's degree from the Department of Mathematics, Anhui Normal University, and was a graduate student of East China Normal University, Department of Education. He took an advanced study in Higher National Institute of Educational Administration, and was an academic researcher in the committee of China Research Institute of Management & Science.

Mr. Chen has served as a college math teacher, high school physics teacher, former vice-president of Anhui No. 1 Middle School, director of Education committee of Feixi County, Senior Manager of Beijing University Education Investment Co., Ltd., Managing Director & Education Director of Beijing University Educational Science & Technology, regional general manager of Wonder in Jiangsu Province, president of Jiangsu Wonder school.
