Mr. Gui Xinming graduated from Superior Finance & Economics, Technological Academy of Tonglin, of Beijing Technology and Business University.  In July, 1992, he joined China Construction Bank, he had held the posts of Director of Integrated Services department in Anhui Construction Bank's Trust and Investment Corporation; Vice-general manager of the department of stock exchange; in 1996, Director of credit department of direct office of CCB branch in Lu'an; Director of Lu’an Branch Banking Department, initial Customer Manager of CCB Anhui branch and Financial adviser of CCB Anhui branch. He has received numerous achievement citations at the CC Bank's head office and in Lu'an branch. In March 2004, he was employed as Senior Project Manager of Anhui Gujing Investment Holdings Limited and Senior Project Manager of Shenzhen Kunlun Investment Holdings Limited.

In August 2006, he joined Wonder Group. Mr. Gui, armed with a good educational background, financial expertise in investment services and has been in the field for over 15 years, he is very familiar with financial investment, credit management, commercial banking, internal management and capital operations.
